If you change your mind about our product, you can return the item for a credit coupon within 7 days from the date of delivery. However, we will only accept the product if it’s in the same condition as we sent it in.
We won’t accept any product that is broken, unless received in that condition. It has to have the labels and stickers intact. The coupon can
be used within 2 months.
*Whenever you get an article, it is very important to make a video of it before opening it. So that it is convenient to place a return request.
Without any video clip we will unable to take your return request.
Company/Qc team will take 7 to 10 days to accept your return complaint.
*Please make sure that the returned item is packed in the same way you received it to avoid damages. Please use a reliable source of shipment. The costs for the return will be borne by the customer. After we receive the product, we will do a quality check to ensure that it hasn’t be used or washed. No amount will be reimbursed if the condition of the product is not the same.
